Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Kurvina and any purchase you make. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders: placing an order is an offer to buy, which we confirm by email once accepted. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
Pricing: all prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999; a flat fee applies below that.
Payments: we accept UPI, cards, net-banking and Cash on Delivery across India. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partners.
Returns & exchanges: unworn items with tags and the hygiene seal intact can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Intellectual property: all content, designs, text and images on this site are owned by Kurvina and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Liability: products are provided as described. To the extent permitted by law, Kurvina is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of India.
