Prices and order totals
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Product prices include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges are shown before you confirm payment. Discounts apply only when their conditions are met and the checkout accepts the code.
Payment methods
Cash on Delivery carries an additional ₹49 charge. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout. These may include UPI, cards, net banking and Cash on Delivery, depending on serviceability and the checkout provider. An option advertised on the site is subject to availability for your order.
Payment processing and security
Online payments are handled by our checkout and payment providers. Do not share your card PIN, UPI PIN, password or OTP with our support team. Only enter payment authorization information in the payment provider's secure interface.
Failed or pending payments
If money has been debited but you have not received an order confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference, payment date and amount. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive authentication information. We will check the order and payment status; any bank reversal is subject to the payment provider's processing time.
Refunds and questions
Refund eligibility and processing are explained in our returns and refunds policy. Cancellation requests are handled under our cancellation policy.
