Shipping & delivery

We deliver within India, subject to courier serviceability for your postcode. Available delivery and payment options are shown during checkout. International delivery is not currently offered through this storefront.

The estimated total delivery time is 3–7 days from placing your order, depending on your delivery location and courier service. This estimate includes order processing and transit.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Remote locations, holidays, weather, courier disruption and address verification may affect delivery. Contact us if you need an order by a particular date before placing it.

Shipping is free on orders of ₹599 and above. A shipping charge of ₹59 applies to orders below ₹599. Cash on Delivery adds a separate ₹49 charge, including when the order qualifies for free shipping. All applicable charges are shown at checkout before confirmation.

Orders are packed discreetly to protect your privacy. Shipping labels and any legally required invoice or courier information remain visible as required for delivery.

Once your parcel is dispatched, tracking details are sent using the contact details supplied with your order. Allow time for the courier's first tracking scan. You can also contact us with your order number for help locating a parcel.

Check your address, postcode and phone number before ordering. If you need to correct an address, contact us promptly; changes may not be possible after dispatch. If delivery is unsuccessful, follow the courier's instructions or contact us for assistance. Any additional delivery charge will be explained before a reshipment is arranged.

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a delivered parcel cannot be found, or the package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and any relevant photos. We will investigate with the delivery partner and explain the next steps.
